Working as part of the People & Engagement team, Chelina is our People & Culture Coordinator. Together with the People & Culture Manager she will support with people engagement projects and and human resources across Wellington UniVentures .
Completing her BAPA at the Wellington Performing Arts College, Chelina gained a PGDip Teaching qualification and spent some time as a substitute teacher while studying. Chelina then moved into a PA position at ARISE Church where she was based for six years, helping the CEO in the National Office and establishing an internship programme across nine campuses throughout the country.
Chelina loves all things performance art and considers herself a ‘foodie’, regularly checking out Wellington’s culinary scene.
