As Head of Environment & Engineering, Jane is responsible for identifying research commercialisation activity across engineering, materials science, physics, industrial design, architecture and environmental sectors at Te Herenga Waka. Jane supports the team as they work to find sustainable and evidence-driven solutions for future generations.
Jane joins Wellington UniVentures with over 20 years’ experience in technology commercialisation; assessing technologies, developing intellectual property and investment strategies, transferring technologies and creating new ventures with a wide range of universities, public sector and private organisations in Australia and New Zealand.
As an entrepeneur herself, Jane brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the team.
Jane loves to travel, getting outdoors, sharing good food and wine, and has a growing love of baking sourdough bread since lockdowns.
